Rösängs Lantbruk AB is looking for a Feed Operator to join our team in Ålberga – we are seeking a careful, positive, and driven individual who wants to help produce feed for our chickens.

About the company: Rösängs Lantbruk AB is a modern agricultural company on the outskirts of Nyköping with 20 employees. The operations include chicken production, feed production, crop farming, and forestry. The farm houses approximately 600,000 chickens, and the company produces around 15,000 tons of feed per year, primarily based on raw materials from their own land.

About the role: As a Feed Operator, you will become part of a small team of two people responsible for the entire feed production for the farm's animals. The work is practical and varied, involving tasks such as filling raw materials, monitoring machines, ensuring smooth production flow, and performing basic maintenance. It is physically demanding and somewhat dusty work, typical for an agricultural environment. You need to enjoy manual tasks and be comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

• Filling raw materials into the feed plant
• Monitoring and operating feed production
• Maintenance of machines and equipment
• Collaboration with colleagues in feed, crop farming, and chicken production
• Quality control and documentation of feed production

Requirements:

• Valid Class B driver's license
• Comfortable working in an agricultural environment with dust, noise, and heavy lifting
• Good knowledge of Swedish

Qualifications that are a plus:

• Experience in feed production or machine operation
• Class CE driver's license
• Experience in agriculture or animal production
